The Three Little Pigs / Science / Materials This unit can be used alongside the story of The Three Little Pigs. It provides opportunities for the children to use science to investigate the materials product are made of and link it to their storytelling. Planning included! Through this small unit, children learn about the materials used in the story of The Three Little Pigs, found out where straw, wood and bricks (clay) come from, how they are used as building materials and their properties.,as well as describe and compare every day objects made of the same materials, and carry out 2 science experiments.
